Having received a degree in economics, Tomas Paliūnas is enjoying his role at The state51 Music Group, working alongside a great team to help independent labels and distributors connect with music services around the globe, making sure that the best music reaches as many ears as possible.

His experience running self-owned independent label Filterjam, while being an artist and a DJ himself, enables Tomas to see things from a few different perspectives and play a “non-zero sum game” in all of his daily business situations. A little step towards greater efficiency and democracy in our beloved music industry is what Tomas aims to achieve on his every working day.
