Alicia Edelweiss is an Austro-Welsh musician based in Vienna. Starting off as a street musician, she has toured solo all over the Balkans, Central Europe, Portugal and the UK and collaborated with many different musicians, performers and circus artists, labelling her music freak folk and art pop. The songs of her long-awaited studio album “When I’m enlightened everything will be better” tell personal stories wrapped in the magical language of poetry dreams sagas – weaving tales of sublime inspiration, light-hearted humour, bitter-sweet irony and profound sadness that touch the highest and deepest chords of human experience: these songs stay with you.
