Amazing Show, a Tai-Ke rock band from Chiayi City in Taiwan, features a unique local Taiwanese gaudy (garish and vulgar) culture. With a mixture of rock music and self-made experimental musical instruments, they endeavor to bring the audience a visual and auditory feast. Representing the voice of youth, they blend Tai- Ke style rock music, interactive installation art and experimental instruments altogether to create songs that convey their attitude towards the past generations.

To them, conflicts between generations are a spur to imagination and creativity. They extract unique, vibrant local culture elements and symbols to seek a new kind of aesthetic that belongs to their own motherland. It is a versatile entertainment project offering music, installation, design, images and live performance.
