Gentle Ropes is a Ukrainian post-punk project formed by music producer Serj Kost in 2017.

Inspired by 80s gloomy post-punk and synthpop he started writing music with authentic equipment and sound.

Distinctive goth-tinged mix of synth-instilled post-punk and shoegaze, made of drifting swathes of synth, searing reverb-drenched guitars, hypnotic rhythms, and forlorn vocals merged together to forge haunting songs steeped in murky shades of light and darkness.
