new nostalgia

Rūta MUR is an artist (singer, songwriter and producer) based in Lithuania. She is inspired by 80’s synthpop music and pure honesty when talking about love and feelings. Rūta’s music is a portal to memories, surrounded by nostalgia, longing and melancholy. It also is a manifest of love, as for her it is the meaning of life. After Rūta MUR released the album “Love Story Short” in 2020, she had a chance to perform her songs in English and Lithuanian at various foreign music festivals. Now Rūta is working on her new album, which will be published in autumn 2022. During “What’s next in music?” festival listeners will have a chance to hear some of her well known songs and also be surprised with the new creations.
