Andrus Alber is the founder and CEO of Finora Capital, a licensed SME lender in Estonia and Lithuania. He has worked as Director of Investor Relations at the investment bank Trigon Capital and had two terms as CEO of the NASDAQ Tallinn stock exchange in 2007-2013. Prior to that he worked at Eesti Pank for ten years. He has also worked for the International Monetary Fund and the European Commission, and has been an economic advisor to the President of the Republic of Estonia.
Andrus graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Tallinn University of Technology and has a Master’s degree in international relations from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in the USA.
