Jayne Stynes is General Manager at the Music Managers Forum, a not-for-profit trade body with over 1200 members, seeking to educate, inform and represent UK managers, as well as providing a network through which managers can share experiences, opportunities and information. 

Prior to joining the MMF Jayne spent 6 years working at Eleven Management, the innovative artist-led management company whose roster includes Damon Albarn, Blur, Gorillaz, The Clash, Róisín Murphy, Kano and Spoek Mathambo. During her time at Eleven, Jayne worked on five UK top five-album campaigns, Brit and MOBO Award winning acts, as well as Grammy and Mercury Music Prize nominated records. She has toured extensively in her day-to-day manager role and as tour manager with smaller productions.

Jayne is entering her third year of PhD studies at the department of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. This research explores the significance of gender-focused initiatives in the UK music industries and wider inequalities in the creative industries sector.
