Kaisu Pulli is Director of Partner Services & Baltics at Sony Music Finland.

In her current role she oversees the Partner Services team, which concentrates on streaming operations (serves partners like Spotify, Youtube, Apple) and consumer analytics + audience building. Her team is the most international as it also markets international artist roster (artists like Travis Scott, Doja Cat, The Kid LAROI, AC/DC and so on) in Finland and in the Baltic region. Furthermore, she oversees operations in the Baltics region as a whole, being responsible for strategic direction, the team, artist roster and the overall business.

Kaisu also serves on the board of AGATA (Lithuanian Performers’ and Producers’ association).
