Lisa Schoemaker (she/her) has years of experience in the cultural and music sector as a freelancer. After creating talent development programs and working as a promoter and tourmanager Lisa  joined the booking team for Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS). ESNS is a non-profit, European artist only, 100% showcase festival and music conference in the city of Groningen, The Netherlands. Within the booking team, Lisa’s primary role is conference booker with an interest in social topics and artists well being.
