Katarsis has gained significant recognition for the song “Vasara galvoj minoras” and has an extensive list of solo concerts in many venues across Lithuania. The artists are known for their alternative experimental rock music, which has attracted a great attention since the band’s formation. Their distinctive style has placed the band among the most recognised and loved artists of the alternative scene. The songs reflect not only originality, sensitivity and agility, but also the band’s own unique musical approach. On 24th of May, the band released its debut and very first mini-album ‘Dausos’, which attracted new listeners at the launch concert in early June, and together with the album, became another step forward, reflecting the band’s constant progress, creative development and the desire to enrich the listener’s experience with new sonic colours and concepts.
