lazy diamond’s underground is an electroacoustic music trio of Paulina Simutytė (vocals, el. percussion), Andrius Šiurys (electronics, flugelhorn) and Dominykas Snarskis (drums). Their music is sometimes described as Lynch-hop, it combines elements of dark jazz, trip-hop, ambient, rap, tribal and other styles, psychedelic sounds and vocal-instrumental improvisations. In 2022, the band released their debut album “Stone Poetry”, which features not only music, but also artwork by Paulina Simutytė. In the same year, they won second place in the NOVUS competition for young groups. The trio is currently working on their second album “Cosmic Carbon: Activated” and performing at Lithuanian music festivals.
