Hailing from Vilnius, Lithuania, Motina stands as a volatile genre-defying force. In a relentless exploration of rave, punk, jazz, glitch rap, and industrial they conjure a concoction of explosive psychedelic energy.
Exploring the themes of surveillance, paranoia, and alienation, Motina burst onto the scene in 2019 with their debut album, “You Will Be Recorded”. They are known for their contrasting live shows – one of them being captured in their 2022 live release, “Golden Hands, Golden Live.”
Currently they are working on their new studio album “Eyes Get Used”.
